This is a gold metal cast member pin of Belle from Beauty and the Beast dressed in her blue dress reading a book. There is a set of black mickey ears next to her with gold writing that reads "Ears of". Under that and across her skirt is a red banner that reads "EXCELLENCE" in gold writing. Award given to the staff of DRTSC which stands for, "Disneyland Resort Travel Services Co." It is like the umbrella company above other travel-related entities on DLR property. Approximate size: 2" x 2" Backstamp reads what looks to me like DRTSC, Cast Exclusive, Disney, China.
All pins come with a black rubber mouse ear pin back.  I do have the brass butterfly pin backs as well.  If you would prefer one of those, please message me to that effect.  If pins are not in great condition, I will list the defect in the Condition section.  I try my hardest to weed out fakes and scrappers.  If you receive a pin that you feel is not authentic, please message me immediately for a refund.
