From the Disney Store Japan this is Belle from the four Pin series. The back is smooth gold tone with a nub to either side of the pin post and (c)Disney. The pin is heart shaped with a facial portrait of Belle, and three roses, two red and one orange with gold sparkles down the left of the heart.
AS IS. Very good condition, but has a tiny pin prick on the surface of the upper left side.
If pins are not in great condition, I will list the defect in the Condition section.  I try my hardest to weed out fakes and scrappers.  If you receive a pin that you feel is not authentic, please message me immediately for a refund.
