    If you climb/cave/rapell you know exactly what this is and what it is used for therefore I will not go into a long description.
    It is fully functional and in great shape.  I am only getting rid of it because I have decided to not pursue dry caving.  I started to put gear together and this is one of the few pieces I had purchased.
