STARRET CO BUILDERS LEVEL AND TRANSIT WITH FITTED CASE GREAT CONDITION #99 ?

Up for auction i have a starret builders level or a transit level i think they call them. i think this is a number 99 not sure i don't know alot about these types of tool. comes with a fitted box and some small pieces of wood and a couple of screws that came with it when i bought it not sure if they really go with the tool. what u see is what u get everything seem to be working correctly i am not sure. it does move freely the bubble works to. The leather strap for the box does have some minor damage to it which i suggest not to use unless u fix it
I am describing the tools to the best of my knowledge i am not an expert.  everything should be in the pictures if u want more please ask questions
